As a result of my own numerous chronic health battles and transformational healing journey, I became committed to wellness and wanting to help others - I made it my purpose in life.
My journey back to health was long, lonely and it certainly wasn’t linear. Labelled a medical mystery, I took matters into my own hands and became my very first client - which is what eventually led me to studying holistic health and nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
It feels only right that now I’m on the up, I share my method with you and guide you on your own transformational journeys.

''I used to be a total go-getter, a type 'A' perfectionist –
I worked late most nights, I would have breakfast, lunch and dinner plans every weekend. I never wanted to let anyone down, so I never said no. I always went the extra mile, but never for myself. I ate on the go, I slept when I had time, I was the multi-tasking queen. Society today glorifies that ‘go-getter’ lifestyle, so to be honest I thought my lifestyle was normal. I didn’t see anything wrong with it until (after a fair amount of warnings over the years) my body started shutting down. My knees would literally buckle when I walked. My hand couldn’t hold my hairbrush. I had zero energy to do anything. It was my wakeup call that I needed to overhaul my lifestyle and prioritise me."
